Why we built it
Daylio nags you with a paywall every other screen. Reflectly went subscription. Both leak your mood data to third-party SDKs you've never heard of. The premium tier of a wellness journal should be the journal app, not a subscription treadmill.
MoodLine is the opposite. One payment, $9.99, lifetime. Every feature. Your data lives on your phone — we have no servers that touch your moods, no analytics, no ad SDKs. We do not know who you are.
What's inside
- Quick log — five-point mood, an optional emoji, and one-tap activity tags (work, family, exercise, sleep, social, nature, rest, food).
- Detailed entry — a longer note, a photo, a short voice memo. Up to 2,000 characters per entry.
- Calendar view — a month grid with mood-colored cells, so you can see the shape of a season at a glance.
- Trend chart — your last 30 days as a soft Swift Charts line.
- Correlations — "you're 30% happier on days you exercised" — only after we have enough data to be honest.
- Custom triggers — your own tags: therapy, caffeine, meds, rain.
- Reminders — one gentle daily check-in, the time of your choice.
- CSV export — for therapists, journals, or your own offline archive.
What's not inside
- No third-party analytics SDKs. No crash SDKs.
- No advertising. No "anonymized aggregate" reselling.
- No social feed, no public profile, no streaks-as-guilt.
- No account required. We don't even ask for your email.
